Hand beaded tops like these take many many weeks to make just one. 

fully beaded at front, silk fabric at shoulders and the back of garment is a plain jersey cotton T shirt type fabric.

The top has a draping easy loose fit at back made from solid viscose like light T shirt fabric 

A size Large would fit 12 to 14 due to the slouchy cut of the style at the back, more fitted at front.  Model wears size 8
